It’s a great pleasure to be awarded Michelin green star today.
On behalf of my colleagues, I would like to express my greatest thanks to our customers and friends who have given us strong support on a long way.
We are also delighted to share this pride with our small-holder farmers and suppliers who provide ingredients grown in an environmentally friendly way.
“To cook with heart” has always reminded me how to select ingredients, demand quality and sincerely treat our cutomers.
We will continue to make progress, today is a new page of THOMAS CHIEN, a younger generation of culinary team, a brand new space experience will be coming soon on 8th September.
Thank you all again, Thank you Kaohsiung, Thank you Taiwan for nurturing abundance great ingredients.
